Abernethy Butter, the Dromara-based producer of luxury butters, has launched a new product for the forthcoming Christmas season.
The new handmade and hand rolled Christmas Butter is a sweet butter flavoured with rum and traditional spices of the season.
The new and seasonal butter is the latest in a portfolio of gourmet products that have won acclaim from leading
chefs, including Heston Blumenthal and food stylists such as Nigella Lawson.
The butters have also won UK Great Taste awards for excellence and outstanding flavours.
The award-winning butters are produced by artisans Will and Alyson Abernethy in Dromara on their Beechtree Farm from milk sourced from a local dairy farm for customers across the UK and Republic of Ireland.
The small company, nestled in the Dromara hills, benefits from the passion and attention to detail of Will and Allison Abernethy using skills that have been passed down through many generations.
