Tomorrow (Friday, August 19), the Inch herd sells a special batch of three bulls and five heifers in Ballymena.
These bulls are Friesian, Holstein and hybrid and are bred for strength, milk, fat and protein.
The bull pictured, Inch Maker, is closely bred to several bulls at the top of Ai listings.
His dam is EX90 and gdam Ex 92 with yields to 13,077 kgs 5.40 per cent bf 3.25 per cent protein.
Another entry, Inch Answer, is from a maternal line up of EX91, EX92, EX91, EX95 and EX 93 cows with many yields over 10,000kgs with bf to 5.0 per cent and protein to 3.86 per cent.
The third bull is a hybrid Friesian out of outstanding Roxy Holstein family.
Also selling are five calved heifers that are the first of the early calving Autumn heifers. They are already giving up to 37 litres.
A blend of Holstein and Friesian bloodlines that will suit different requirements.
Three of their dams are classified EX 93, Ex92 and EX 91 and sires include Alta spring, Recoil and Skyhigh Lord.
