THE 20th Annual Carriage Driving Show of Country Comes to Town took place on Saturday, September 15 in the Pleasure Gardens Area, The Meadows, (beside Tesco) Portadown. It was a beautiful Autumn day and a large number of spectators viewed from the comfort of their vehicles.

The judge was Mr Eugene Larkin, with steward Mr John Powell and section Secretary, Margaret Carlisle. Mr Eamonn Fleming, joint Chairman of Country Comes to Town, judged the Concours D’ Elegance class. Competitors travelled from as far away as Dublin and Wicklow to compete.
