IF you as a rider would like an insight on how to tackle a cross-country course, why not join Irish International event rider Casey Webb at Ash Hollow, Dromore, Co. Tyrone this Sunday, October 9 at 2pm?
Casey, who is based with Steven and Trevor Smith in Gilford, will share her cross-country expertise on a course walk at Ash Hollow. Casey has represented Ireland as a Young Rider in 2017 and regularly competes at National and International levelin eventing, as well as being a successful producer of young horses. Casey’s recent successes include being Northern Region’s Leading EI115 Combination in 2021 with ‘Aprils Pacino Time’, as well as the combination winning the HIS Eight/ Nine-Year-Old Mares Development League.
Alison Callion, owner of Ash Hollow and Casey have got together to raise money for Air Ambulance NI and David Foster Injured Riders Fund, both charities which are close to Alison and Casey’s hearts.
Casey will guide you round the course at Ash Hollow, sharing her thoughts on each obstacle and explaining how she thinks riders should tackle the fence. Whatever your level, or how big or small the fences are, preparation is everything! Casey will also be talking about ground conditions, timing and much more.
This is an opportunity to pick up some real insider insights and there will also be the chance to ask Casey questions about her career to date, horses and some of her recent results.
The price of the event is £10 per adult and £5 per child and this includes tea, coffee and cake.

Ash Hollow Equestrian is nestled in the beautiful countryside of Co Tyrone, located just 2.8 miles from Dromore and 7.2 miles from Omagh.
