Fantastic show jumping at The Meadows

SATURDAY saw the continuation of the Meadows Equestrian Centre SJI Spring and

Summer Series, as well as unregistered show jumping for horses and ponies.

Some of the classes saw a reasonable turnout, with some fantastic young horses out displaying their talents. In the 1.30m class, regular competitor, Luke Campbell held onto poll position with Samantha Kirk’s ‘FSS Indigo’, despite stiff competition from Hannah Blakely with ‘Lougherne Caravaggio’, who eventually finished up in second place.

Show jumping continues this weekend, with both SJI and Unregistered events. Entries for this are now open via SJI Live for SJI classes and unregistered entries via www.themec.co.uk.
