Ferne McCann has beaten Holly Willoughby, Caroline Flack and Fearne Cotton to top a list of the fittest female celebrities.
The reality star took the top spot in Heat magazine’s annual fit list, which celebrates fitness and body confidence.
She pipped tennis star Serena Williams to the top position and also saw off competition from Davina McCall and Dame Kelly Holmes.
McCann gave birth to her first daughter Sunday in November 2017, after teaming up with personal trainer Ellie Hopley.
McCann, 28, said: “I’ve never felt better. People are almost quite shocked at how I look now but for me it’s been a gradual thing – something that I started before I got pregnant with Sunday.
“I’ve always been sporty but never really into fitness. I was the person who would walk out of a spin class because I’d had enough and now I just love to train. That’s down to my PT Ellie – she really changed my body.”
Previous winners of the accolade have included Kourtney Kardashian, while McCall is in the top five for the third year running.
The list is devised by a judging panel made up of former Olympic speed skater and Roar Fitness founder Sarah Lindsay, personal trainer and creator of the Viking Method Svava Sigbertsdottir and health and fitness blogger Chessie King.
The list is based on the workout habits, daily diets and the way each celebrity talks about their body to inspire others.
Julia Davis, editor of Heat, said: “We’re unveiling our annual list of the most bad-ass bodies in showbiz to help everyone feel inspired to love their body this year.
