IT is fantastic to be out and about again and North Down Pony Club are certainly making up for lost time!
With an enthusiastic bunch of members, Mounted Games has most certainly been a popular choice. With riders as young as five years old, under the watchful and trained eye of Biffy Dunlop, the young riders were put through their paces in preparation for the Area Games Competition in June.
North Down members are thoroughly enjoying this team sport that combines a love of ponies and friends with various races that involve a mix of turns, handovers, skills and vaulting.
