Method:

n Preheat oven to 170°C.

n In a bowl, mix together the sugar and Golden Cow butter into a pale, fluffy mixture.

n Stir in the plain flour and corn or rice flour and mix into a smooth dough.

n Roll out your dough on a flat, floured surface until it’s about 5mm thick.

n Cut the dough into whichever shape you like, place on baking sheet and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.

n Bake the shapes on their baking sheet for 20 minutes until golden.

n Remove and allow to cool before tucking in!
