TEN members of Hillsborough Young Farmers’ Club will be taking on the Belfast City Marathon team relay on Sunday, May 1.
The relay starts at Stormont Estate, with four relay changeovers taking place over 26.2 miles, to finish at Ormeau Park. Five club members will make up each of the two teams.
The club’s first team will be made up of Emeryn Erwin, Paul Cottney, Glyn Surgenor, Laura Greer and Dylan Ewing. Myles Cantley, Robert McCrory, Lauren McRoberts, Holly Dunn and Sarah Grant will make up the club’s second team.
Both teams will be running in aid of Rural Support. Rural Support provides much needed help and support to farmers and farming families in Northern Ireland to improve their mental health and well-being.
Donations can be made via the club’s Just Giving page, the link to which can be found on the Hillsborough Young Farmers Facebook page.
All donations will be greatly appreciated.
