IT was another super Sunday and another fabulous day’s jumping at the Ardnacashel Equestrian Summer Cash Jumping League on Sunday, July 17.
Competitors made their way to Comber for a chance to bring home some cash in this popular league.
Starting with cross-poles, Holly McCarroll added another clear round to her league points with ‘Zara’.
There were more clear rounds in the 50cm and 60cm classes, including Gail Hadden on ‘Diesel’ and Lea Flanigan on ‘Monty’.
Moving up the heights to the 70cm, in the Junior section Alex Hemsley continued her league success with ‘Vinnie’ and repeated this in the 80cm Junior. Karina McVeigh then went on to dominate the 70cm and 80cm Senior classes with ‘Coco’.
In the 90cm class, another local and Ardnacashel regular Sophie Price took the top spot with her mare ‘Molly’, who loves the challenge of a speed round.
The last class of the day and a lucky late entry from Harrison Blair landed him the top spot with ‘Frankie’ and some cash to take home.
