EAST Down Branch of the Pony Club had a fantastic camp at Tullymurray Equestrian (Clough, Downpatrick), with instructors Clare Steele, Gareth Quinn, Jonathan Hagan, Sarah Turley and Clare Forsyth. Camp organisers, Sara Turley and Lisa Taylor did an amazing job over the two days, June 25 and 26.
There were bouncy castles, displays with David O’Connor and his film star cob, water fights and an ice cream van, as well as actual riding and lots of learning. Camp is all about fun, friendship and horsemanship and that really was true in this case. Well done to all involved.
East Down would also like to thank the Turley family for their hospitality at Tullymurray, which is such an excellent facility.
