VISITORS attending the Q8 Oils Spring Farm Machinery Show Fintona will get to see agricultural machinery gi-ant Kuhn’s latest integrated baler and wrapper on the Drumlish Farm Machinery stand.

The unique design of the i-BIO+ has two operations in one machine. The machine is surprisingly light and compact for being an integrated wrapper as it only weights 3,700kg. The use of efficient techniques such as Intergral Rotor and Intelliwrap ensures top quality bales.

The i-BIO+ is available with two different cutting units with 14 or 23 knives for excellent cutting quality. Standard rotor disengagement and drop floor technology ensures fast and easy clearance when a blockage may occur.

The bale chamber of the i-BIO+ consists of 18 rollers with power track profile for reliable bale rotation.

The high quality drive chains ensures maximum strength and reliability of the baler. The net binder with active stretch technology delivers a firm bale shape with constant high net tension during the entire binding process.

After securing the bale with net wrap, the bale chamber opens for immediate high speed wrapping. The two vertical film cutters hydraulically rise from the lower part of the bale chamber and then cut and firmly hold the film.

The i-BIO+ film binding concept offers advantages by means of cost, the environment and ease of operation.

To see the i-BIO+ in person and see how it could benefit your farm, talk to the team from Drumlish Farm Machinery on the stand in Hall 2.
