Linden Foods recently wel-
comed six graduates onto its Achieve Graduate Pro-gramme.
The Achieve Graduate Pro-gramme is a two year rotational programme that is designed to provide the employees with exposure to various parts of the business.
Joanne Ferguson, Learning and Development Manager for the Linden Foods Group, said: “The Achieve Programme offers the opportunity to work in a fast paced environment whilst learning about different areas of the business.
“It is designed to identify, attract, recruit, develop and retain high potential talented graduates to fill future roles.”
The graduates were recruited from different disciplines, in-cluding Food and Nutrition, Hospitality and Communications.
Throughout the two years they will attend peer learning sessions and fireside chats with senior managers as well as getting support from an assigned mentor.
As part of their onboarding the new employees spent three days getting to know about Linden Foods.
This included a meet and greet with Gerry Maguire, Managing Director, Nicola Purvis, Head of Human Resources, and Gareth Weir, Head of Technical.
They also got to experience the ‘farm to fork’ process which included a farm visit and a factory tour, finishing up sampling the products.
