Another pair who have made a strong start to Hagan’s Croft’s league and working up the ribbons are Noleen Tate and Chocolate Chip. This week it was second place for this pair with a score of 64.61 per cent.

RIGHT: Andrew Gordon on Drumnahall Miss. (FW29-506NN)

The newcomers class saw some very young competitors and not so old competitors turn down the centre line to a British Dressage Prelim test. For the second week in a row it was Heather Hillen who claimed the red ribbon with the highest score of the day with 70.23 per cent.

Second and third place was battled out between Sarah McClay and Veronica Ham who were both sitting on the same score of 67.27 per cent. The only thing that could separate was their collective mark and walk mark which let Sarah claim second place on Max and Veronica third on Alfie.

Class 3 was a Dressage Ireland prelim test and Hagan’s Croft’s one and only male competitor on the day came out on top. Riding a lovely test, Andrew Gordon on Drumnahall Miss claimed the red ribbon with a great score of 70.2 per cent. Jill Hobson was over the moon with her youngster Hanne who gained 68 per cent and second place. The pair have a bright dressage career ahead!
