Machinery show returns to Cavan Equestrian Centre


THE Q8 Oils Spring Farm Machinery Show returns to the Cavan Equestrian Centre next week, on January 29 and 30. The hugely popular annual machinery show features all leading brands from the farming and agricultural worlds.

The 2019 show saw visitor numbers soar, with its largest attendance figures to date, with the same growth expected for next week’s show. Visitors can expect to see all of the key brands displaying their latest product launches and innovations amongst the 200 plus exhibitors that take part in one of Ireland’s longest running and highly regarded shows in the industry, now known as a must attend prior to the busy season.

Just some of the hundreds of exhibitors in attendance will be ECI JCB, John Deere specialists Meath Farm Machinery, Clarkes Machinery Group specialising in Valtra, Massey Ferguson dealers Martins Garage, Same and Deutz Fahr dealers Clive Pratt Garages alongside Bobcat dealers Northern Excavators, Krone experts The Irwin Bros and making its Cavan debut is Herbst Machinery, to name just a few.

The SFM Show itself is spread across three halls, over 13,000 square metres, in a fully heated arena packed with hundreds of exhibitors, annually attracting thousands of visitors from across Ireland, the UK and beyond.

The Q8 Oils Spring Farm Machinery Show gives visitors the opportunity to see the latest product launches and innovations which will set the trend for the busy year ahead, with the start of the New Year allowing many to stock up and take advantage of unique show offers and promotions available.

The Spring Farm Machinery Show crucially allows businesses to meet their existing customers face to face as well as providing the opportunity to gain new connections and potential new business partners. Vitally, it also allows them the unique platform to network with similar businesses from within their same field, overall creating an unrivalled experience for both visitors and businesses alike.

The show is taking place next Wednesday and Thursday, January 29 and 30, from noon until 10pm. The exhibiting hours are tailored to allow the busy farmer and contractor the opportunity to attend the show at a time that suits them.

Visitors attending the show can purchase tickets at the door upon arrival, there is no need for advance tickets and entrance fees range from €15 for adults, to €5 for children under 12 and under 5s go free. There is ample free car parking facilities at The Cavan Equestrian Centre with hot food, drinks and snacks available on site, everything you could need to enjoy your time at the Q8 Oils Spring Farm Machinery Show in Cavan is catered for.
