THE College of Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprise (CAFRE) is set to hold the latest Level 4 award in Food Safety Management for Manufacturing training course.
The qualification is intended for those whose job requires them to have some responsibility for food safety. Learners are likely to have management responsibilities for an operational team.
CAFRE’s Food Industry Training Team will deliver the course from early May using a blended approach of on-line materials, face-to-face tuition and web based tutorials.
Day 1 will be delivered at Loughry Campus on Tuesday, May 3, with Day 2 delivery at Loughry Campus on Tuesday, May 10. This course will be delivered using a blended approach. Tutorials will be arranged depending on candidate needs.
Revision day will be on Tuesday, June 7 at Loughry Campus with the exam on Tuesday, June 14, also at Loughry Campus.
n Cost of the course is £460 with a total qualification time of 60 hours.
