THE Ploughing Academy for Northern Ireland has handed £1,000 to the Clifton Special School, Bangor. Most of the money was raised at a charity ploughing match back in September on the Henderson Farm, Craigantlet, just outside Bangor.

The funds will go towards special lighting within the classroom.

The Ploughing Academy for Northern Ireland, whose motto is Inspire, Encourage and Enjoy, would like to thank everyone who helped in any way for such a worthy cause, also Translink for its support.
