SJI jumping season concludes at the Meadows

A good day’s jumping was had by all who attended the Meadows Equestrian Centre, Lurgan, as their SJI Autumn Series drew to a close for 2021. Whilst SJI jumping is now finished for the year, a bumper schedule of Schools and Unregistered jumping will continue well into December. Please keep an eye on the Meadows website for details!

It was a good day for Emily Turkington, who won both the 1.20m and 1.30m classes on this occasion. Riding Donald Loughran’s ‘Comdero II van Beek Z’ in the 1.30m class, Turkington put in a faultless performance to ensure that she took home the winner’s rosette. Meanwhile, in the 1.20m class, a fast-paced second phase saw Turkington take the win on board Tricolor LLC and Twin Oaks Ventures LLC’s ‘Tricolor MB’, ahead of Victoria Clarke with her own ‘Carrickview Flamenco’.
