Special bloodlines available at Trueman Limousin online auction

PROSPECT: The online sale on behalf of Trueman Limousins includes just one bull prospect which is first to go under the hammer. Trueman Pharrell is by Telfers Munster and out of the highly acclaimed RUAS Interbreed Champion Trueman Lute.

TRUEMAN Limousins have just launched their sales catalogue for the select online sale set to take place on Saturday August 8 at 1pm.

This highly anticipated sale represents almost 25 years of successful Limousin breeding by Henry Savage and sons who have made headlines all around the globe when their bull ‘Trueman Jagger’ sold for the world record price of 140,000 guineas in 2015.

QUALITY: Coming from the best genetics the herd has to offer, Trueman Ora has been running with Telfers Munster and will be scanned before the sale.

There are several lots included in the sale which can be traced back to similar bloodlines as Jagger. These include the cow and bull calf outfit Trueman Lulu and Rick. (Lots 2)

There is just one bull approaching service age for sale in the form of Lot 1, Trueman Pharrell. Sired by Telfers Munster and out of the RUAS Interbreed Champion Trueman Lute (by Haltcliffe Hi-tec), Pharrell shows tremendous promise at just 12 months of age and will bring to the table genetics and quality to suit any herd.

Trueman Euphonium became a household name in 2011 when she earned the accolade of National Champion at the 40th Anniversary held in Carlisle. Euphonium has had a profound impact on the Trueman herd with 12 daughters retained as brood cows. She has two granddaughters listed in the form of Ora and Olympia. These are both running with Telfers Munster and will be scanned ahead of the sale.

There are four rising yearling heifers to choose from all of which are sired by the impressive Telfers Munster. These are the first of Munster’s daughters to be released for auction and pre sale interest has been strong to date.

The Savages have also been persuaded to offer two recipients and a small number of embryos in the online auction. These carry bloodlines that do not come onto the open market and will be sought after for sure.

Comprehensive pedigree details, images and videos for the sale lots can be viewed at trueman.pedigreesalesonline.co.uk

Potential buyers must register via this online platform to be able to bid at the sale. The auction takes place on Saturday August 8, with timed lots scheduled from 1pm onwards.

Buyers are reminded they can bid with confidence as the Trueman herd is recorded as having a High Health Status – Johnes Level 1, BVD and Lepto vaccinated.

INTEREST: Sure to attract keen interest is Trueman Lulu who sells with her Munster sired bull calf at foot.

All of the lots are export tested and delivery to a central point in the South and Mainland can be arranged.
