FERMANAGH County Show hosted the NI Goat Club Show as part of its two-day show held recently at Ulster Farmers’ Mart in Enniskillen.
In association with British Goat Society and the Northern Ireland Goat Club, there was a terrific number of entries across 16 classes, including a Goat Milking Competition where points were given for weight of milk, etc.
The judge this year was Terry Hanna, a well known judge, and the stewards were Pat McIvor, Hazel Dunn and Billy Dunn.
The show created a lot of interest, especially from families with younger children who came along to watch the milking and the showing.
A spokesperson for Fermanagh Show said it brought a lot of interest and added a completely new dimension to an already successful show
