Tanco Autowrap to showcase top quality range

Leon Giblin

TANCO returns to the Q8 Oils Spring Farm Machinery Show at Balmoral. Tanco has been manufacturing high quality agricultural machinery since 1965 and from the very first inception it used innovative designs and processes to create machinery that is highly regarded not only for consistency and durability, but for uncompromising quality.

With its products continuing to set new benchmarks in the industry, it is this commitment and obsession that drives Tanco towards its next great idea. Included on display at Tanco’s stand in the Eikon Centre, stand number H1016, will be the high output 1400-V trailed round bale satellite wrapper, which is designed and built on the speed, reliability, ease of operation and high output experienced by operators of the 1400-EH.

The patented split table of the 1400, which was designed to allow simultaneous wrapped bale unloading and next bale reloading, is retained on the 1400-V, and enhanced with the addition of auto-loading. The 1400-V shares innovative features such as Tanco’s ultra-reliable telescopic cut & starts, direct gear drive to the satellite arms and a variable proportional hydraulic system with the S and the Q series linkage/loader wrappers.

The Tanco S-Series linkage or loader mounted wrapper, which is available in both 2 dispenser and 3 dispenser models, will also be on display at Balmoral Spring Farm Machinery Show. When used mounted on a loader this unique bale wrapper becomes the integral part of a ‘wrap & stack’ system where the silage bales are picked up by the S-series wrapper, wrapped and then stacked.

This machine incorporates an auto load and auto start wrap function which gives seamless automatic operation of the machine loading and wrapping. Shared with some of the other models in the Tanco range are telescopic cut & starts, autoload, direct gear drive satellite wrap arm, proportional hydraulics and Expert 2 controller.

The A-100EH trailed turntable round bale wrapper and the I-73 bale shear for feeding bales whilst keeping hold of the bale wrap and net and the I-75 multi shear for feeding pit silage and bales in the same way as the I-73 bale shear will also be available to view at Tanco’s stand.
