To mark World Mental Health Day the South Eastern Regional College’s (SERC) Human Resource team, in partnership with the Students’ Union, organised a series of activities in the Lisburn Campus to raise awareness of the importance of self-care.

Staff and students took part in mindfulness activities, tried Thai Chi, sampled healthy snacks and heard about wellbeing services across the college.
